Located in Ben Barber Career Tech Academy, Savvy's Bistro is the product of the Culinary Arts Program where students learn different types of cooking methods, restaurant management, food safety among other essentials for running their restaurant.

The students look forward to opening their classroom space redesigned to be the actual Bistro for the public serving lunch Tuesdays through Thursdays.

In the Know: Orders should be e-mailed to bistro@mansfieldisd.org and must be received by 10:00 AM at least one day in advance. The subject line should read “Savvy’s” and include a pick up date and time.
