MISD Children’s Center Waiting List Guidelines:
The age-appropriate list is based on the sex of the child, age of the child by September 1st, and date the form is received. Each individual child in a family must be put on the age-appropriate list. Parents must call or e-mail the Center to update addresses and telephone numbers. If this information is not updated and the center is unable to contact your family, we will fill the opening with the next name on the list. The MISD Children's Center reserves the right to balance groups according to the sex of the child, chronological age and development levels. This application does not obligate the parent to enroll this child, nor does it obligate the Children's Center to accept the child. (09/09)

Parent Comments to the Children's Center Staff:

They do an amazing job! Thank you for a great year. It was a big transition with the move but we were lucky to have consistency with her school and teachers. What a blessing!

We love you guys too much to even consider {going somewhere} different!!!! It will be very tough to bid farewell after next year—I know {my son} will be ready for Kindergarten though—thanks for all the hard work you guys have put in!!!
THANK YOU!!!

The Polson men{My children} will be back next year. We love you guys!!!

I truly love each and every one of you. I thank you for taking care of my daughter, so well. You are truly wonderful! Let them all know that I said that. I do not think you are told that enough. What a great job you do.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have our child in such a loving & caring environment! {My son} absolutely loves coming to school everyday.

As a former kindergarten teacher and one who works with kids all day, I see those that have not had the benefit of a program like the Children’s Center. You are truly a school and not a daycare!

Every day I am happy that he does not want to come home with me. He loves being with all of you that much and that is the best sign for me.

It must be a challenge recognizing and acting on each child’s different needs and developmental stages, but somehow y’all do it and are successful. {My child} has grown and developed by leaps and bounds this year. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Children’s Center is. Thanks again!!

Ms. Sherry—I am so glad that you were at the Children’s Center as the “leader of the pack”. I truly appreciate you, and all that you have done for {my son}. Thanks for keeping the kids healthy. You are and will continue to be Amazing!
