Coaches Note's I have added a requirement that all players pass a "Rules Test" of sorts prior to being eligible to complete in a tournament. All players taking the test for the first time will be required to make a minimum score of 80. Tests will be given every Friday in class until passed. Also on another note, the Girls were ranked as high as 5th last year in the High School Golf Scoreboard rankings. As of May 5th we are ranked 18th and should have finished in the top 20. Currently we are ranked 27th in the state according to High School Golf Scoreboard. Individual rankings and information on the 2010-11 All-State Team can be found at High School Golf Scoreboard. Coming Up ~ This Week ~ Feb 6 - Feb 10 ~ Monday -Study Hall and POYO Tuesday -Qualifying @ Southern Oaks (Back Nine) Wednesday -Qualifying @ Mansfield National (Back Nine) Thursday -Practice @ Southern Oaks or Workout on Campus (Weather) Friday -Workout on Campus ~ Next Weeks ~ Feb 13 - Feb 17 ~ Monday -Practice at Southern Oaks (Focus on the Short Game - 9 Holes - Driver off Par 4's and 5's and them move 50 yds - Play Out) Tuesday - Practice at Southern Oaks (Focus on the Mid Irons - 9 Holes - Par 5's from 200, Par 4's from 150, and Par 3's from 100) Wednesday -Mansfield National (Range, Chipping, & Putting) Thursday -Depart for HSB @ 2PM - Don't Be Late Friday -Arlington Invitational @ Horseshoe Bay Complete Spring 2012 Calander (Coming Soon!!!) **We will have to be a little flexible with the schedule due to weather in the Spring** **I will text the girls on Sunday nights to lay out the plan for the week based on the weather predictions** Spring Schedule
