The Mansfield ISD Transportation Department is inviting the families of special needs students to their 2nd annual meet the drivr and attendant nights August 18-19 at Ben Barber Career Tech Academy.
To better accommodate our families, Meet the Driver events are come and go. The Transportation Department supplies everything.
“The purpose of Meet the Driver events, is to allow students and their families to become familiar with their driver team,” said Michelle Bratton, Special Needs Assisant. “This one on one time allows students and their family time with each driver team to ask questions, complete required forms, and receive specialized equipment as needed providing a seamless first day of school experience.”
Students and families are invited to meet their driver team on the following schdule:
High School and Middle School students
Wednesday, August 18, 2010
6:00 – 7:30 at Ben Barber Career Tech Academy
Elementary School and Intermediate School students
Thursday August 19, 2010
6:00 – 7:30 at Ben Barber Career Tech Academy
Ben Barber Career Tech Academy is located at 1120 West Debbie Lane, Mansfield TX 76063. Families should enter BBCTA from the north east parking side (near Auto Tech.)
