Through a shared service agreement between MISD
and ESC Region 11, qualified teachers can register
for the Teacher Technology Competency Certification
program. TTCC is an assessment,
and addresses all the SBEC teacher Technology Applications
standards and performance indicators. Teachers demonstrate
their proficiency through an electronic portfolio
system which is evaluated by a third party.
