Happy Halloween!

If you can't see graphic, read "Configure GW to HTML..." at http://www.mansfieldisd.org/curriculum/instructional-technology/ITSieBitArchivePage/ITSieBit.htm

This week's ITSie BIT: Setting a Default Printer
...and what does that mean exactly?

Your DEFAULT printer should be set to the printer you want to print to 99% of the time. It's also the printer that's activated (selected) when you click a Print button within a software program, such as eSembler, StarOffice, etc.

How To Set (or check) your default printer:
  1. Go to Start > Printers & Faxes (or Start > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes).
  2. RIGHT click once on your choice printer & select Set As Default.  (TIP: If you can't read the icon label under the printer icons, go to View > List.)

That's it!
Have a great Halloween week!
