Girls Only Warm-up: 9:15 AM
*Girls Competition: 9:45 AM
Boys Only Warm-up: Immediately following conclusion of the girl’s competition.
*Boys Competition: Thirty (30) minutes after conclusion of the girl’s competition.

2011-2012 Equipment Requirements

Swimming equipment/clothing requirements for first block athletics include:

mesh gear bag
kickboard (with your name on it)
pull buoy
fins
hard plastic hand paddles
water bottle
snorkel
lightweight tennis shoes
training suit (2)
goggles (2)
dry-land shirt (2)
dry-land shorts (2)
